Not only for Easter,....I think this cake would be SO cute for a baby shower. Don't you? Easy to make....boxed cake or any recipe you like best. Frost the layered cake and use bunny peeps to decorate. Done! (I heard you can keep peeps in the freezer for use later in the year...hence the baby shower idea!) |

I made some this weekend and they turned out fine. My next batch I'll make sure to use the center rack of the oven.
